By submitting a design to FLICK cameras, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," the individual or entity making the submission, hereinafter referred to as the "Submitter," acknowledges that the design is their intellectual property.

The Submitter acknowledges that the Company is not responsible or liable for any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to those arising from infringement of intellectual property rights, related to the design submitted by the Submitter.
